ABOUT THE FORUM

CEOs tend to be lonely within an organisation. They often suffer from a lack of impulses and inspirations that could save them (and their organisation) from falling into the trap of routine as well as enable development and the ability to find passion necessary to materialise the undertaken initiatives
The objective of the CEO 2025 Forum is to break the CEOs of the leading companies out of their comfort zones and provide them with unique inspirations in the CEO to CEO formula that will translate into their personal development and, consequently, the development of their businesses.
The CEO Effect? It is a paraphrase of the “butterfly effect” (one of the concepts of deterministic chaos), according to which even the flapping of the wings of a distant butterfly f.e. in Japan may cause a tsunami at the end of the world.
